Medical clinic investigation and analysis of the humanistic care needs of out-patients

目的  了解内科门诊患者就医的现状与对人文关怀护理以及健康教育与心理的需求。方法  采用偶遇随机问卷调查的方法，对综合性医院内科门诊患者进行调查，对资料进行分析与整理。分析患者主要护理人文方面的需求、次要的需求以及健康教育与心理的需求。结果  门诊患者对人文关怀护理非常需求，其次是健康教育方面和心理方面的需求。结论  护理人员应了解患者的人文关怀方面的需求以及健康教育与心理护理的需求，从而达到增强护理人员主动服务意识，改进就诊流程，缩短患者的候诊时间，方便患者就诊，加强护患沟通，以期提供优质的护理服务，提高患者的满意度，进而提高医院的信誉度。Objective: To understand the situation of requirement of humanistic care- nursing for out-patients. Methods: The questionnaire survey is carried out in this study in out-patient department of medicine in general hospital The data is analyze and is filled after the survey .The main and minor requirement of nursing are analyzed after survey in out-patients. Results: The study shows that outpatient-care is very needful for humanistic care, followed by the health education and psychological needs. Conclusion: This study shows that nurses should know the humanistic-care nursing requirement of patients. Nurses should also know the health education and psychological requirement for out-patients, in order to improve the conscious of service for nurses. It is helpful for the out-patients to adapt the hospital surroundings. It is beneficial for shortening waiting time for out- patients. It is more convenient for patients. It is also helpful to improve the relationship between nurses and patients. In the end, it aids to improve the patient satisfaction and the credit reputation of hospital
